This unique initiative between OU Health, Oklahoma's flagship academic health system, and the Price College of Business Executive Academy, renowned globally for its leadership development programming, will launch the new OU Health Leadership Academies in April.

“As Oklahoma’s employer of choice for top talent, we are excited to work with our university partners at OU Price College of Business,” said OU Health Chief Human Resources Officer Jimmy Duncan, SHRM-SCP, SPHR. “OU Health employees have a unique and privileged opportunity to boost their career development and sharpen their leadership skills all while fulfilling our obligations as the state’s academic health system to create leaders who have an impact on the future health of Oklahoma.”

Leveraging OU Price College of Businesses’ expertise in executive education and leadership development will strengthen OU Health’s leadership pipeline and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, Duncan said.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with OU Health and we deeply appreciate the trust they’ve placed in us to help build their leadership pipeline,” said Corey Phelps, Dean of Price College. “This collaboration underscores our dedication to the professional growth of leaders who will shape the future of healthcare and the well-being of Oklahoma.”

The comprehensive programs will include interactive training, coaching, and networking with expert facilitators and resources to enhance and support the career journey of all levels and disciplines of healthcare leaders at OU Health.
