Southbound where US 77 (Broadway Extension) becomes I-235:

Take the Oklahoma Health Center/University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Exit 1-G to N.E. 10th Street.
Turn left on N.E. 10th Street and left on Lincoln Boulevard.
Turn right on N.E. 13th Street and continue to the intersection of N.E. 13th and Phillips Avenue.
The OU Children's Physicians Building is located on the southeast corner of N.E. 13th and N. Phillips Avenue.
Turn right (south) on N. Phillips.
Turn left (east) on Stanton L. Young. Continue east and u-turn at the median opening. Heading east, turn right into visitor parking.
If you prefer to self-park, choose from one of these two parking areas:
- Parking lot at N.E. 13th and Kelley - Continue east on N.E. 13th. Turn left at Kelley, then turn right into the parking lot. The OU Children's Physicians Building is across the street (south) of the parking lot.
- Parking garage on Stonewall Ave. - Continue east on N.E. 13th Street and turn right at Stonewall Avenue. The OU Children's Physicians Building visitor parking garage is located on the left. Take the nearest u-turn to access the garage. The OU Children's Physicians Building is across the street (west) of the parking garage.

Southbound on I-35:

I-35 southbound joins I-44 westbound (State Capitol Exit). Take I-44 westbound to Lincoln Boulevard, Exit 128A.
Drive south on Lincoln Boulevard.
Turn left on N.E. 10th Street and left on Lincoln Boulevard, to N.E. 13th Street.
Turn right on N.E. 13th Street and continue to the intersection of N.E. 13th and N. Phillips Avenue.
The OU Children's Physicians Building is located on the southeast corner of N.E. 13th and N. Phillips Avenue.
Turn right (south) on N. Phillips.
