Employee Benefits Paid Time Off: (including 6 legal holidays) 24 days a year with 0-5 years of employment; 28 days with 6-10 years; 32 days with 11-15 years; 36 days with 16+ years.
Benefit Choices Program: Employees qualify for Medical (including Prescription Drug and Behavioral health) with PPO options; Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Dependent Life Insurance, and Short-Term and Long-Term Disability. Options for Medical and Day Care Flexible Spending Accounts are available, to pay for eligible expenses using before-tax dollars.
Savings and Retirement: - 401(k) - You will receive a 100% match on your contributions from 3% to 9% based on your years of vesting service. Employees are eligible on the first day of the month following 2 months of service and can select from a variety of professionally managed investment funds ranging from conservative to more aggressive investment objectives. You become fully vested after 6 years of employment. This program allows you to take advantage of tax-deferred savings because you don't pay taxes on your contributions until you withdraw money from the plan. In addition employees can contribute up to 50% of their pre-tax earnings, up to the $15,500 annual limit (IRS requirement). Employees age 50 or older may make an additional $5,000 in "catch up contributions."
