Our pain team will work together to develop an individualized treatment plan.

What to Expect on Your Visit
When to Arrive:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, so we have time to update your information prior to being seen.
What to Bring:
It is important to bring all medications with you for every appointment, along with a pain log that is a written record of pain events and medication times from the previous week. If this is your first visit to the clinic, please bring the informational packet that was mailed to you. Having this information will help us develop the best treatment plan for your child.
Cancellations:
Please call 24 hours in advance to let us know of any cancellations. This allows us to fill the vacant appointment time with another child who needs to be seen.
* If the treatment plan includes opioids, we will initially want to see your child on a more frequent basis until he/she has reached optimal pain control. Once your child's pain is controlled we will then be able to reduce your child's appointments to once a month. To provide the best care for your child we will not fill prescriptions unless we have seen him/her. It is important for us to see your child so we are better able to determine whether any changes are needed.
