Dr. Faiazi is a Chief Medical Resident at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in the Department of Medicine. He received a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry in 2012 from the University of Oklahoma​, a Doctorate in Medicine in 2016 from the OU College of Medicine, and completed his Internal Medicine residency in 2019 at the OU Health Sciences Center in the Department of Medicine. He is interested in academic general internal medicine and enjoys teaching students and residents. He is a ​​big​ film fan, loves literature, and cannot listen to enough music.

Dr. Jones is a Chief Medical Resident at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in the Department of Medicine. She received ​a Bachelor's degree in Zoology and Biomedical Sciences in 2011 from the University of Oklahoma and her Doctorate in Medicine in 2016 from the OU College of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the OU Health Sciences Center in the Department of Medicine in 2019 and is interested in academic general internal medicine. She has particular interest in education and resident wellbeing. Some of her favorite things include playing with her two dogs, jamming out to classic rock, and enjoying a nice patio.

martinez-parachiniJ Roberto Martinez Parachini, MD
Dr. Martinez Parachini is a Chief Medical Resident at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in the Department of Medicine. Born and raised in Mexico, he completed medical school at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He then moved to the United States in 2014 and completed a research fellowship prior to beginning his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Oklahoma, which he completed in 2019. He is interested in cardiology and even enjoys spending his extra time in the cardiac catheterization lab. Fun fact--if he had​n't chosen to enter medical school, his next pick would've been culinary school.
