In-Kind Giving

In-Kind Giving

OU Medicine is working to ensure an adequate supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) that will effectively protect health care providers and patients. However, the global supply for this equipment continues to be uncertain and we are actively taking steps to secure more supplies. We appreciate your bulk donations of the following:

● Hand sanitizer (individual and pump bottles)

● Sanitizing/bleach wipes

● Alcohol pad wipes

● Isopropyl alcohol

● Goggles, face shields or safety glasses

● Thermometers (display digital or forehead models)

● Face masks, in particular N95 Medical Masks or NIOSH-certified N95 Respirators (such as painter's masks)

● Latex-free gloves

● Protective isolation gowns

When buying and delivering donations, please be sure to practice social distancing. For safety, all materials should be unopened and in their original packaging.

Our generous community has offered to help assist in our preparedness efforts by sewing cloth masks. While the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention does not suggest cloth material as a first-line defense against the coronavirus causing COVID-19, cloth masks may work well for other conditions and may help conserve precious reserves of N-95 respirator masks - which are our highest need.

If you have access to or contacts for supplies of N-95 masks, please email and we will connect you with our Supply Chain team.

If you are planning to sew cloth masks to donate, below are resources for patterns and fit. Please be sure they are washed and in individual ziploc bags.  We will work with other community hospitals to ensure donated cloth masks are shared, as needed.  Thank you.
