OU CHILDREN’S PHYSICIANS ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF HEMATOLOGIST-ONCOLOGIST

OKLAHOMA CITY – Arpan Sinha, M.D., a pediatric hematologist-oncologist, has joined the staff of OU Children’s Physicians. She sees patients at the Jimmy Everest Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders in Children. She has also been named an assistant professor with the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Sinha specializes in diagnosing and treating patients with sickle cell disease. She is board certified in pediatrics.

Sinha completed a fellowship in pediatric hematology-oncology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, Bronx, New York. She completed an internship and

residency and served as chief pediatric resident at State University of New York-Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn. She earned her medical degree in India.

Sinha is a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, Children’s Oncology Group and American Society of Clinical Oncology
