    • Benefit eligible employees will have access to Medical coverage (including Prescription Drug and Behavioral Health) with PPO options; Dental coverage (PPO and DMO options available), and  Vision coverage.

  • HCA Wellness Program

    • Includes information, resources and support to help you live a healthier lifestyle. In addition to the benefit of better health, the HCA Wellness Program offers the opportunity to earn Wellness Credits in a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) when you complete certain wellness activities. You can then use your HRA funds to pay for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare expenses like copays, coinsurance and deductibles.

    • We offer a package of voluntary benefit plans that offer choices & convenience for you and your dependents called CorePlus benefits. These include: Auto & Home insurance, Legal Benefits, Pet Insurance, and Voluntary Life Insurance with conversion option to Long-Term Care (LTC).

  • Generous 401(k) plan with 100% Company Match from 3%-9% based on your years of vesting service

    • All employees (including PRN’s) are eligible on the first day of the month following 2 months of service and can select from a variety of professionally managed investment funds ranging from conservative to more aggressive investment objectives. You become fully vested after 6 years of employment. This program allows you to take advantage of tax-deferred savings because you don't pay taxes on your contributions until you withdraw money from the plan. In addition employees can contribute up to 50% of their pre-tax earnings, up to the annual limit (IRS requirement). Employees age 50 or older may make an additional $5,500 in "catch up contributions."

  • Paid Time Off

    • Provides benefit-eligible employees the flexibility to schedule time off with pay.  Regular part-time and full-time employees will begin accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) immediately upon employment, however the hours may not be used during the first ninety (90) days of employment.  Benefit-eligible employees are also eligible for bereavement leave and short-term disability benefits.  Employees will accrue PTO each pay period up to the maximum allowed and is based on hours worked.
