Jennifer Chadwick, BS
Jennifer began her time with the TODAY study as a PAL for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, conducting one-on-one sessions for families to encourage healthy lifestyle changes and maintaining healthy choices in the context of the TODAY Lifestyle Program (TLP).  In her position as the Native American Programs Coordinator, she continues to develop and maintain the essential relationships with our Native American partners in the TODAY study.  Jennifer also assists American Indian study participants complete study activities and connect with American Indian health services.

Steven Chernausek, MD
Dr. Chernausek is the Co-Principal Investigator for the study, serves on several writing groups, and conducts physical examinations for study participants.  Research interests include the hormonal control of growth and the metabolic effect of fetal growth retardation.  

Jeff Preske, MA
Jeff is the Program Coordinator for the TODAY study.  He manages operations and regulatory activities, as well as conducts study visits with participants.  Beginning in 2003, he worked as a PAL, conducting one-on-one sessions for families to encourage healthy lifestyle changes and maintaining healthy choices in the context of the TODAY Lifestyle Program (TLP).  He has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and has completed additional graduate work in Counseling Psychology.  Jeff is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).

Jeanie Tryggestad, MD
Dr. Tryggestad is the Principal Investigator for the study and serves on numerous writing groups and committees.  She also conducts physical examinations and reviews medical history for study participants.  Her research interests include obesity, type 2 diabetes (especially in American Indian populations), and vascular function in obesity and type 2 diabetes.

Linda Weber, RN, BS
Linda provides nursing support during study participant visits.  She has been a nurse since 1999 and has been a research coordinator for more than five years.
