The Department of Pediatrics at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is seeking a board certified pediatrician to fill a full-time faculty position. This is a tenure-track position at the Associate Professor or Professor level. The successful candidate is expected to assume administrative responsibilities, promote faculty development, teach students and residents, and develop a research program as Section Chief, Pediatric Emergency Medicine.

The Department of Pediatrics is composed of 16 sections and more than 100 faculty members. Clinical operations are within Children's Hospital, which is the only comprehensive tertiary and quaternary health care facility in the state dedicated to the care of children. The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center includes seven colleges and seventeen other institutions and serves as our state's principal medical education and research facility.
