Mission Statement

Our aim is to train residents in the full scope of family medicine, develop leaders for health care and our communities, and encourage residents to become lifelong learners. We strive to improve health care access for our patients in urban, rural, and underserved areas and improve the overall health of our community.

We aim to provide an environment that supports personal and professional growth and development while practicing at the largest, most advanced medical center in the state.

We aim to provide a curriculum which includes the body of medical knowledge and skills needed in order to prepare our graduates for any type of practice opportunity available within the specialty of Family Medicine.
