Brief Bio

Dr. Tsitouras is an Associate Professor at the OU College of Medicine.  He was formerly a Clinical Associate in Gerontology and Reproductive Endocrinology for the National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Aging in Baltimore.

Dr. Tsitouras helped establish the first Department of Geriatrics in the U.S., at Mt. Sinai, New York.  He completed an Endocrinology Fellowship at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Baltimore.  He competed his Internal Medicine residency at Providence Hospital, Washington, D.C.  He earned his medical degree in Greece.
