CWYeatesCarla Whitney Yeates, D.M.D.

Dr. Whitney Yeates was born and raised in Mississippi. She attended Delta State University in Cleveland, MS, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Yeates earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2013 from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. After graduation, she moved to Oklahoma City to further her dental education by completing a one year General Practice Residency at the Children’s Hospital of Oklahoma. Following its completion, Dr. Yeates worked in private practice. 

Dr. Yeates joined the OU Children’s Physicians Dental Clinic as Assistant Director in 2016. Dr. Yeates is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association of Women Dentists, the Mississippi Dental Association, and Mississippi Association of Women Dentists. Dr. Yeates has also been a volunteer with Missions of Mercy in both Oklahoma and Mississippi.

Dr. Samantha Ali grew up in the northwest Oklahoma town of Fairview. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her Bachelors of Science with Special Distinction. Dr. Ali went on to attend the University Of Oklahoma College Of Dentistry where she graduated with Pediatric Honors. She attended the Children’s Hospital general practice residency program in Oklahoma for further training in treating medically compromised and pediatric patients.

Dr. Ali realizes that not every individual has the means or access to the type of dental care that they may need. She has a strong belief in giving back to her community and helping others in need. She is involved with the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy and Oklahoma Remote Access Mission.

Dr. Ali believes that dentistry is the greatest profession to be in and enjoys being of service to her patients. Her goal is to provide gentle, quality dental care that restores comfort, confidence and health. She is dedicated to being up to date on research and new treatments. She is always looking for new ways to provide better, faster and less painful dental care. To this end, she is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, and the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry.
