  • Generous 401(k) plan, administered by Fidelity, with 100% Company Match from 3%-9% based on your years of vesting service
    • All employees are eligible on the  31st day of employment and can select from a variety of professionally managed investment funds ranging from conservative to more aggressive investment objectives. You become 100%vested after five years of employment. This program allows you to take advantage of tax-deferred savings because you don't pay taxes on your contributions until you withdraw money from the plan. We also offer Roth as an option should this fit your financial needs.  In addition employees can contribute up to 50% of their pre or post-tax earnings, up to the annual IRS limit of $19,000. Employees age 50 or older may make an additional $6,000 in "catch up contributions."
  • Paid Time Off
    • Our generous leave program provides benefit-eligible employees the flexibility to take time off with pay for situations such as vacation, sick, holiday and other leave.  Regular part-time and full-time employees will begin accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) immediately upon employment, however the hours may not be used during the first ninety (90) days of employment.  Benefit-eligible employees are also eligible for bereavement leave and short-term disability benefits. Employees will accrue PTO each pay period up to the maximum allowed and is based on hours worked.
