Registration Fees:

Fees include educational program and materials, breakfast, lunch, snacks.

OUMS employees....Free; Mandatory to complete Payroll Deduct Form AND register online

fax it to the number on the form (271-5153) in order to reserve a spot for conference. Upon cancellation after September 11th, employee will pay a $40 fee via payroll deduct.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. After September 11, 2015, all cancellations will be non-refundable.

Registration will be accepted until September 11, 2015. For registration after September 11, 2015, please contact Kari Adams, APRN-CNP at OU Children's Hospital at 405-271-4989 or

kari-adams@hcahealthcare.com to verify availability. REGISTRATION IS NOT ACCEPTED AT THE EVENT.

Event Parking

All OUMC employees, please use assigned parking locations - shuttles will be running.

Non-OUMS employees, free parking is available in the South parking lot of Children’s Ave.

Conference room temperature may be variable, so please dress in layers for comfort. Please notify us for special needs and/or accommodations at least one week prior to the conference.
