Application Process

 

Interview dates for the 2018 Match are Friday, November 3 and Friday, December 8.

 

There will be an informal dinner the night before each interview at Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant in Bricktown beginning at 6:00 pm.  If you have a spouse/fiancé/significant other who has traveled to Oklahoma City with you, please feel free to bring them.  Some of the residents' spouses/fiancés will be attending.  You will have a chance to meet Dr. Gennady Slobodov, Program Director and Dr. Michael Cookson, Chairman, as well as other faculty. 

The Friday interview day begins at 10:30 am.  You should be able to make flight arrangements out of Oklahoma City at 6:30 pm or later.

 

Further information including driving directions, maps and hotels will be emailed to those who are selected to interview.

 

All applications to our program must be submitted through the) Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

 

Your application is considered complete only when all of the following items are received.

 

  • Application
  • Personal Statement
  • Three Letters of Recommendation
    • One from a Program Director or Chairman
    • One should come from a Urologist who knows you well
  • Medical School Transcript
  • USMLE Step 1 Score

 

Your application must be complete by October 1st in order to be reviewed by our Program.  Please do not mail or email additional materials; they will not be included with your application for review.
